Build a Business That Fits Your Life Now.
Rebuild How You Work After Life Has Changed.
12 Week Private Mentorship with Tasmin Sabar
For when life has changed, but your business is still running on the old rules.
At some point, something shifted.
It might have been a health event, burnout, loss or a quieter recalibration you didn’t plan for.
A growing sense that the way you’ve been working no longer matches who you are now.
Your life changed. Your capacity changed. The business didn’t.
The same expectations and pace. The same ways of deciding, committing, and carrying responsibility.
This mentorship exists for that gap.
When you know the old rules don’t fit anymore, but you’re still operating inside them.
The Moment This Work Meets You
This work is for after the threshold.
You’re no longer questioning whether something needs to change.
That part is already clear.
What’s less clear is how to live those changes while still running a real business.
You may have already stepped back from work that drained you.
You may have simplified parts of your business.
You may have named clearer boundaries around your time or energy.
You may know you cannot keep operating at the same pace.
And then reality continues.
Clients still need you.
Requests keep coming.
Financial responsibility doesn’t disappear.
This is where things begin to feel unstable, because the business has not yet caught up with the person running it.
Where things start to slip
This is usually the point where people start negotiating with themselves.
You take on work you had already decided to stop doing.
You keep structures that no longer fit because they are familiar and functional.
You stay busy because movement feels easier than sitting with uncertainty.
Nothing has gone wrong.
This is the tension between an old operating system and a new reality.
The old way still works, which makes it harder to leave.
This is the work.
What this mentorship is really for
This work is not about clarity. That part is largely done.
Private Mentorship is about living your decisions when pressure is applied. We work with what shows up once the dust has settled.
✔ Decisions that wobble once routine returns
✔ boundaries that feel right in theory but harder to hold in practice
✔parts of your business that now feel heavier than they should
✔ patterns you notice repeating, even though you know they no longer fit.
This is practical, grounded work.
We look at your real calendar. Your actual offers.
The way you structure your time, availability, and responsibility.
Over time, the business is adjusted to match who you are now, not who you were when you built it.
This work takes time because insight is quick, but change isn’t
You can know what needs to shift and still default under pressure.
This mentorship unfolds over three months because that allows decisions to be tested in real conditions and to stabilise.
The aim is to create change that lasts, not change that briefly feels right.
How we work together
This is private, one-to-one work.
Some people arrive here after a private intensive. Others come having already done significant reflection on their own.
We begin with a longer foundational session to bring everything into view and understand what is going on beneath the surface.
From there, the work is steady and contained. We meet regularly, and the space stays open in between.
You live your life.
You run your business.
We work with what shows up as you do.
I am present and engaged, without hovering or directing.
You remain responsible for your decisions and how you move. You move forward with more clarity and confidence but you are not doing that alone.
There is space to think, to question and to see things clearly while you are in it, not afterwards.
Emotions are part of the work and are met with care and attention.
It remains an adult space grounded in responsibility and trust.
Who This Work Is For
This mentorship is for experienced coaches and service-based business owners.
You are capable.
You are used to responsibility.
You have already built something real.
This work often makes sense when:
your life has changed, but your business has not yet caught up
the old way of working no longer fits your capacity
you want your business to feel viable and workable again
you want to trust your judgement without constant second-guessing.
You value careful thinking and honest conversation.
You are willing to look honestly at what no longer fits.
When this work is NOT a fit.
This work is not designed for people who want step by step instructions or constant reassurance. It works best for people who are thoughtful, self aware and willing to take responsibility for their decisions. The conversations are reflective and honest.
Sometimes that means pausing rather than pushing forward, simplifying rather than adding more, and questioning assumptions that have been in place for years.
Most people who come to this work already know more than they think they do. They simply need space to see their business clearly again.
What Changes Over Three Months
Over time, things begin to settle.
Decisions stop constantly circling in the background. They are made and acted on.
Your calendar becomes simpler and cleaner, leaving more space for your real life.
Boundaries take less effort to maintain, and you are not constantly negotiating with yourself.
You are clearer on what you do want, and what no longer needs your time and energy.
You have more headspace because you’re not carrying your business around in your head all day.
The business starts to feel workable again because it now fits your life.ho
