What’s the time commitment?
The live group calls and trainings are once a week (you’ll get the schedule when you sign up). You will need to allocate a couple of hours to those each week as well as time to implement afterwards. You’ll get out what you put in, but this is designed to work with your life, not take it over.
Will there be a replay if I can’t make a session?
Yes, all calls are recorded and shared in the group for you to catch up at your convenience.
